基于CiteSpace的伊伐布雷定研究热点及前沿趋势可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Research Hotspots and Frontier Trends of Ivabradine Based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To visualize the research results of ivabradine by using knowledge map,analyze its research status and trends,and provide reference for future research in this field.Methods Bibliometrics and CiteSpace visual analysis software were used to analyze the ivabradine literature included in the Web of Science(WOS)database from 2007 to 2023.Results A total of 1316 literatures were included,and the number of literatures on ivabradine was on the rise from 2007 to 2023.The country with the largest number of publications was the United States;the institution with the largest number of publications was the University of Glasgow;the author with the largest number of publications was MICHAEL BOEHM,with a total of 60 literatures published;the most cited author was SWEDBERG K,which was cited 476 times."heart rate"was the keyword with the highest word frequency.All keywords were clustered into 13 categories,mainly focusing on clinical indications,mechanism of action,comparison withβ-blockers and combination therapy.The largest mutation intensity was systolic dysfunction(systolic dysfunction),followed by bradycardiac agent(bradycardiac event),and the burst words in recent years were hcn channel and mechanism.Conclusion Improving the prognosis of patients with cardiovascular disease through heart rate regulation is a research hotspot of ivabradine.Exploring the cardiovascular protection mechanism of ivabradine and new disease treatment targets is the future development trend.关键词
