摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and short-term prognosis of minimally invasive rotary cutting surgery in the treatment of benign breast tumors. Methods A total of 66 patients with benign breast tumors treated at Zhengzhou Second Hospital from January 2021 to October 2024 were selected.According to the random number method, they were divided into a control group(traditional surgical excision)and an observation group(minimally invasive vacuum-assisted excision). The therapeutic efficacy was observed. Results The observation group had shorter incision length, less intraoperative blood loss, and shorter operation time, incision healing time, and hospital stay compared with the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the incidence of hematoma, incision infection,or subcutaneous ecchymosis(P>0.05).No cases of loss to follow-up or recurrence were observed in either group within 6 months. The observation group had significantly higher scores for shape and scar compared with the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),while no statistically significant differences were observed in scores for volume, symmetry,or nipple-areola complex(P>0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive rotary cutting surgery is a safe and effective treatment for benign breast tumors. It offers the advantages of minimal trauma, rapid recovery, and good cosmetic outcomes, with favorable short-term prognosis.关键词
