苏合香丸联合丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗脑梗死患者的疗效及安全性分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of Suhexiang Pills combined with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction treated at Luoyang Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were randomly divided into a control group(n=43)and a study group(n=37)using the random number table method.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was given intravenous Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection,while the study group additionally received Suhexiang Pills.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The efficacy and safety indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After 14 days of treatment,the clinical effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores were significantly reduced in both groups compared with pre-treatment levels,with the study group showing lower scores than the control group(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and the modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,scores on both scales significantly decreased in each group compared with pre-treatment levels(P＜0.05),and the post-treatment NIHSS and mRS scores were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Additionally,there was no significant difference in the incidence of treatment-related adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Suhexiang Pills combined with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection is safe and effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction.This regimen can significantly improve neurological function deficits and enhance prognosis without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
