摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Ganjiang-Huangqin-Huanglian-Renshen Decoction combined with viable Clostridium butyricum capsules on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and intestinal microbiota in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD)with cold-heat complicated syndrome.Methods A prospective study design was adopted.A total of 103 FD patients with cold-heat complicated syndrome admitted to Huaxian Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from January 2023 to March 2025 were included in the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(52 cases)and observation group(51 cases).The control group was treated with viable clostridium butyricum capsule,and the observation group was treated with Ganjiang-Huangqin-Huanglian-Renshen Decoction on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,intestinal microbiota[Lactobacillus(Lac),Bifidobacterium(Bif),and Escherichia coli(E.coli)],gastrointestinal hormone levels[motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS),and somatostatin(SS)],and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks,the scores of TCM syndromes and total scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the number of Lac and Bif in the two groups increased,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group,the number of E.coli in the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of MTL and GAS in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the levels of SS in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).During treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Ganjiang-Huangqin-Huanglian-Renshen Decoction combined with viable Clostridium butyricum capsule in the treatment of FD with cold-heat complicated syndrome can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the severity of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,regulate the balance of intestinal microbiota and the level of gastrointestinal hormones,and has good safety.关键词
