氮肥与生长调节剂对猫尾草春季分蘖生殖转化的影响
Effect of Nitrogen Fertilizer and Plant Growth Regulator on Fertile Tiller Development of Spring Tiller in Phleum pratense

Abstract
This study aimed to understand the effect of N fertilizer and plant growth regulator on endog-enous hormones variation in shoot apex and fertile tillers in spring tillers of Phleum pratense'Minshan'was treated with N application and foliar spraying of plant growth regulator.The results showed that the criti-cal period for the fertile tiller development of spring tillers in P.pretense is at the three-leaf stage.During the early tillering stage,the contents of IAA and ABA in the shoot apex remained relatively low and stable,whereas GA increased rapidly with leaf age and cytokinin(CTK)decreased significantly.Endog-enous hormones in shoot apex played a crucial role in spring fertile tiller development of P.pratense,with contents of active GA and CTK in shoot apex of spring tillers significantly increased by GA and CTK appli-cation with N fertilizer.A significant increase in active endogenous hormone levels in the shoot apex was observed after 20 mg/L gibberellin and 40 mg/L cytokinin and 90 N kg/hm2,20 mg/L gibberellin and 80 mg/L cytokinin.In addition,application of N fertilizer with plant growth regulator significantly increased the active gibberellin GA3 in shoot apex,resulting in a significantly improved fertile tiller development rate for spring tillers with 180 N kg/hm2,40 mg/L gibberellin and 40 mg/L cytokinin application.Overall,the rational combined application of N fertilizer and plant growth regulators can significantly increase the con-tent of active endogenous hormones in shoot apex of P.pratense,which effectively enhanced the fertile til-ler development rate of spring tillers.关键词
