《重振美国海事主导地位》行政令的影响分析及海事视角应对建议OA

The United States issued executive order of Restoring America's Maritime Dominance,aiming to curb the global competitiveness of China's shipping and shipbuilding industries.To address its potential impacts,this study systematically examines the implementation path of the Executive Order and its multidimensional impacts on the resilience of China's supply chain and industrial chain stability taking into consideration policy analysis and industrial chain assessments.From the perspective of maritime governance,this study proposes countermeasures focusing on stabilizing the shipbuilding industry,improving the shipping service ecology,and strengthening strategic support.
