Research Progress on Bacterial Soft Rot in Cucumber
摘要
Abstract
Bacterial soft rot in cucumber is a serious bacterial disease that is caused by Pectobacterium carotovora subspecies brasiliensis.This article mainly reviews recent research progress in the identification of the pathogen,pathogenic mechanism,resistance identification methods,inheritance analysis of disease resistance,genetic mapping of disease resistance genes,and control methods of cucumber bacterial soft rot in cucumber.Meanwhile,the future research directions are prospected,aiming to provide references for disease-resistant breeding of cucumber bacterial soft rot.关键词
