细胞核糖体蛋白S5对猪流行性腹泻病毒复制的抑制作用

摘要
Abstract
This study was aimed to explore the effect of ribosomal protein S5(RPS5)of cell on porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)replication.The fluorescence quantitative PCR,Western-blot,and other methods were performed to determine the dynamic changes of RPS5 transcription and translation levels and the effects on PEDV replication at different times after PEDV infection.The results showed that the transcription and RPS5 protein expression levels in Marc-145 and Vero cells decreased after PEDV in-fection.Compared with the control group,overexpression of RPS5 significantly inhibited PEDV replica-tion,but enhanced PEDV replication significantly after the transfection with siRPS5.RPS5 did not af-fect the PEDV attachment and entry,but mainly inhibited PEDV replication and transcription,indicated the antiviral effect of RPS5,which provided theoretical basis for the prevention and control of piglet diarrhea.关键词
