社区环境对老年人虚弱的影响研究
Study on the Impact of Community Environment on Frailty in Older Adults Based on the Chain Mediation of Social Participation and Physical Activity

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of the community environment on the frailty of the elderly,analyze the mediating role of social participation and physical activity,and provide a basis for optimizing the age-friendly environment and improving health.Methods Data from the 2020 China Older Adult Social Tracking Survey were selected,and 3983 older adults aged 60 and above were finally included.Analysis methods included descriptive statistics,t-test,one-way ANOWA,and Pearson correla-tion analysis.Chained mediation effect was analyzed by using the Process 4.1 plug-in model 6 of SPSS.Results The direct effect of community environment on frailty in older adults was significant(β=-0.326,95％CI:-0.549～-0.104),the separate mediating effect of social participation was significant(β=-0.022,95％CI:-0.042～-0.006),the separate mediating effect of physical activity was significant(β=-0.016,95％CI:-0.033～-0.003),and the chain mediated effect of social partici-pation and physical activity was significant(β=-0.009,95％CI:-0.014～-0.004).Conclusion A good community environ-ment can directly improve frailty in older adults,and affect frailty by increasing the separate or chain-mediated effects of social participation and physical activity in older adults.Therefore,it is suggested to maintain the health of older adults while value and utilize the positive role of community environment.关键词
