Analysis of the Current Situation and Spatial Misalignment of Supply and Demand Development of Medical Com-panion Service Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current development status of China's medical companion service from the perspective of supply and demand,and provide empirical support for the healthy development of medical companion service.Methods Using data mining techniques to collect the Douyin comment data related to medical companion service and the enterprise data from Tianyan-cha,the supply and demand matching situation of medical companion service in the spatial dimension was analyzed based on meth-ods such as BERTopic thematic modeling,center of gravity migration model,and spatial mismatch model.Results The public's concerns regarding medical companion service can be categorized into seven categories,which are further summarized into two di-mensions as industry perception and industry demand.The overall sentiment was mildly positive(0.568).The supply level of the service has obviously spatial agglomeration characteristics in 2023(Moran's I=0.458,P value=0.002).The center of demand of medical companion service moved to western,while the center of supply of medical companion service moved to southwestern.The medical companion service showed a situation of oversupply in the densely populated eastern coastal areas,while it is in short supply in the sparsely populated central and western regions.Conclusion The demand for the medical companion service presents a complex situation of low satisfaction and uneven regional growth.The service enterprises have shown rapid growth but highly clus-tered spatial distribution.There is a significant spatial mismatch in the medical companion service resources.It is recommended to expedite the formulation of industry guidelines,expand the diversified development of medical companion service,establish cross-regional cooperation networks,thus facilitate the sound development of the medical companion service industry.关键词
