医保参保情况与灵活就业群体抑郁状况的关系研究
Research on the Relationship between Medical Insurance Participation and Depression Status of Flexible Employ-ment Groups Sampled with Non-Beijing Native Couriers and Take-out Employees in Beijing

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between medical insurance participation and depression among couriers and takeout employees,and provide evidence for improving the mental health level of flexible employment groups.Methods Question-naire survey was conducted among non-Beijing household registration express delivery and takeout employees in Beijing.Logistic regression and OLS regression were used for statistical analysis.Results Medical insurance participation can significantly reduce the depression score of express delivery and takeout employees(Coef=-2.76,95%CI:-5.05~-0.46).However,experien-cing identity discrimination may weaken the protective effect of medical insurance participation on the depression score.Conclusion The depression status of employees in express delivery and takeout industries should be valued.Medical insurance participation can significantly ameliorate their depression status.Improving the social security benefits of flexible employment groups and reduc-ing institutional discrimination are crucial for improving for improving their mental health.关键词
