自动弹力线痔疮套扎术联合外剥内扎术治疗重度混合痔的疗效观察
Observation on the efficacy of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid combined with Milligan-Morgan hem-orrhoidectomy in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid(RPH)combined with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 120 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 60 cases in each.The study group was treated with RPH combined with Milli-gan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy,while the control group was treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy on-ly.The total effective rate,perioperative indicators,visual analogue scale(VAS),Wexner incontinence score(WIS),anal canal hemodynamic indicators and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67％,which was significantly higher than 83.33％of the control group(P=0.015).The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was significantly less than that of the control group(P=0.000).The 7-day postoperative VAS of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P=0.000),and the operation time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P=0.000).1 month after operation,the peak systolic velocity(PSV),end-diastolic velocity(EDV)of anal canal blood flow and WIS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P=0.000).The total incidence of complications of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P=0.011).Conclusion The treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids with RPH combined with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy can effectively reduce the anal canal blood flow veloci-ty,alleviate postoperative pain,achieve satisfactory results,and has high clinical application value.关键词
