Research Progress on in vitro Culture of Mammalian Preantral Follicles
摘要
Abstract
The scarcity of oocyte source poses a significant hindrance to the advancement of embryo engineering technology.To address this limitation,the exploration and utilization of preantral follicles emerge as a promising solution.While notable progress has been achieved in the in vitro culture of mouse preantral follicles,the corresponding system for domestic animals remains underdeveloped and necessitates substantial refinemrnt.In this paper,the researches on the in vitro culture of mammalian preantral follicles were reviewed.Furthermore,the isolation and culture methods of preantral follicles and the effects of exogenous additives on the development of preantral follicles were systematically summarized,aiming to offer a technical blueprint for enhancing the preantral follicle culture system in large animals.关键词
