Biological Function of Soy Sauce Residue and Its Application in Livestock and Poultry Production
摘要
Abstract
Soy sauce residue,a byproduct generated during soy sauce production,is rich in bioactive compounds including isoflavones,dietary fiber,and phospholipids.Relevant studies demonstrate its capacities in antioxidation,anti-inflammation,and immune modulation.It has been evidenced to enhance growth performance,improve meat quality,fortify immune competence,and regulate rumen health in livestock and poultry.This review article summarizes the nutritional value,biological functions,and research advancements of soy sauce residue application in ruminant production,aiming to provide a scientific basis for its practical utilization in animal feeding.关键词
