Research Progress on the Mechanism of Regulatory Factors on Porcine Embryo Implantation
摘要
Abstract
Embryo loss during gestation is a major factor limiting litter size in sows,with the majority of losses occurring during the implantation stage.Therefore,embryo implantation is a critical determinant of pregnancy success.The regulatory network governing embryo implantation involves multiple layers of factors,including reproductive hormones,genes,proteins,microRNAs(miRNAs),long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs),and circular RNAs(circRNAs).These factors influence implantation by modulating embryonic morphological changes,physiological processes,and endometrial cell proliferation.This review article summarizes the physiological changes in both the embryo and uterus during implantation,with a particular focus on key regulatory factors and their mechanisms of action.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for targeted interventions to reduce embryo loss and improve reproductive efficiency in sows.关键词
