外源推动与内源驱动:渔民生态化海养行为的双重进路
Exogenous push and endogenous drive:dual pathways of fishermen's ecologization marine aquaculture behavior

Abstract
Ecologization marine aquaculture behavior intention has an important influence on the emergence and development of fishermen's ecologization marine aquaculture behavior.Based on Organizational Support Theory and Cognitive Theory,we used structural equation modeling to investigate the antecedents of exogenously-pushed and endogenously-driven ecologization marine aquaculture behavior intention and the effects of the two types of ecologization marine aquaculture behavior intention on the fishermen's ecologization marine aquaculture behavior,with the fishermen in the Beibu Gulf region of China as the research object.The results of the study showed that,on the one hand,compared with the exogenously-driven ecologization marine aquaculture behavior intention,the endogenously-driven ecologization marine aquaculture behavior intention could more promote the generation of fishermen's ecologization marine aquaculture behavior;on the other hand,the exogenously-driven ecologization marine aquaculture behavior intention played a partly mediating role in the relationship between the administrative management/service,the industry's self-regulation,the demand environment and the fishermen's ecological mariculture behavior,and the endogenously-driven ecologization marine aquaculture behavior intention played a fully mediating role in the Behavioral attitudes,subjective norms,perceived behavioral control and the fishermen's ecologization marine aquaculture behavior.This paper not only enriches the theory of ecologization marine aquaculture behavior,but also provides useful reference for fishermen's ecologization marine aquaculture behavior guidance in the management of seafood cooperatives and marine fisheries governance.关键词
