Selection and significance of the relationship between'heaven'and'human'in Huangdi Neijing
摘要
Abstract
The concept of'the relationship between heaven and human'in the Huangdi Neijing reflects two dialectically unified philosophical tendencies:'correspondence'and'separation'.The'correspondence between heaven and human'emphasizes the close relationship between natural laws and human physiology and pathology,such as the mapping relationship between the four seasons and five elements and the zang-fu organs and meridians,forming pulse diagnosis,acupuncture and moxibustion and other diagnostic and therapeutic techniques with'qi'as the medium;The concept of'separation of heaven and human'highlights the subjective initiative of human beings and the independence of diseases,establishes universal diagnostic and therapeutic methods,avoids the excessive mystification of medical theory,and ensures the rationality and scientificity of medical practice.Combining the text of the Huangdi Neijing,this article analyzes the manifestations and technical views of two concepts,revealing their complementary effects on the construction of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine and the practice of diagnosis and treatment,and highlighting the scientific and rational dialectical unity of the relationship between'heaven'and'human'in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
