Exploration on the concept of'preventive treatment of disease'in Shanghan Lun
摘要
Abstract
'Preventive treatment of disease'is a core concept in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),representing the fundamental goal of health preservation and disease treatment.ZHANG Zhongjing,in his seminal work Shanghan Lun,inherited and advanced the'preventive treatment of disease'philosophy from Huangdi Neijing.He elaborated on strategies such as preventing before disease onset,preventing disease from exacerbating,and preventing relapse after recovery.He emphasized the understanding disease progression and predicting changes in its course.This theory provides systematic methods for disease prevention and offers a theoretical foundation for differential diagnosis and treatment.The'preventive treatment of disease'has established a solid foundation for the development of TCM,significantly influencing clinical practice and fostering innovation in TCM theory and practice for both disease prevention and treatment.关键词
