摘要

Abstract

Objective To report clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of SSNHL caused by labyrinthorrhage.Methods Date from 65 patients with SSNHL who were admitted to Xuzhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital from 2021 to 2024 were reviewed,including general conditions,clinical manifestations,hematology tests,audiological tests,vestibular function tests,and prognosis.Patients with inner ear hemorrhage were identified by 3D FLAIR sequence of MRI and compared with those without inner ear hemorrhage.Results 3D FLAIR sequence examination showed abnormal high signal in different parts of the inner ear in 25 patients,diagnosed as inner ear hemorrhage.Compared with the other 40 cases without inner ear bleeding,the level of hearing loss,symptoms and vestibular function showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),although no statistically significant difference in treatment outcomes(P>0.05).Conclusion SSNHL caused by inner ear hemorrhage tends to present with more serious clinical manifestations and poorer prognosis.3D FLAIR is an important way to diagnose inner ear hemorrhage,with T1WI and 3D FLAIR sequences showing abnormally high signals.Hemorheological therapy should be used with caution until MRI diagnosis.
