绝经后女性与骨量丢失相关的血清脂肪因子谱分析
Analysis of serum adipokine profiles associated with bone loss in postmenopausal women

Abstract
Objective To preliminary analyse the serum adipokine profiles associated with bone loss and low bone mineral density(BMD)in postmenopausal women.Methods Sixty-four postmenopausal women with bone loss(lumbar,femoral neck,total hip,or 33％radius T-score<-1.0)who visited the hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the case group.In addition,postmenopausal women with normal BMD who underwent medical examinations at the same time were included as the control group.Serum levels of irisin and leptin were detected by ELISA,and adiponec-tin,resistin and liponin were quantified by Luminex xMAP.The serum adipokine profiles of two groups of subjects were ana-lyzed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the case group had lower levels of serum irisin(P<0.001)and higher levels of serum resistin(P<0.001),while there was no statistically significant difference in levels of leptin,ad-iponectin,and lipid-lowering hormone(P>0.05).According to Spearman's analysis,serum irisin levels in patients with ab-normal bone mass were significantly positively correlated with lumbar BMD,lumbar T-score,femoral neck BMD,and femo-ral neck T-score,and negatively correlated with bone turnover markers[type-1 procollagen N-terminal(P1NP),C-terminal cross linked peptide(CTX)],triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and low-density lipoprotein cho-lesterol(LDL-C)(P<0.05).Serum resistin was significantly negatively correlated with lumbar BMD,lumbar T-score,femoral neck BMD,and femoral neck T-score,and it was significantly positively correlated with P1NP and CTX,TG,TC,and LDL-C(P<0.05).According to receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis,the area under the curve(AUC)of serum irisin and resistin recognizing bone loss were 0.855(95％CI:0.788-0.922)and 0.844(95％CI:0.722-0.916),respectively.The combination of irisin and resistin could increase the AUC to 0.930(95％CI:0.883-0.976).Conclusion In the postmenopausal population,low serum irisin levels or high resistin levels in patients with bone loss are associated with low BMD values.These two indicators have good specificity in identifying bone loss in postmenopaus-al women,which may provide potential molecules for the study of bone loss mechanisms.关键词
