Abstract
Tumoral calcium pyrophosphate deposition is a special benign lesion,originally in the metacarpal space is relatively rare,which is easy to cause misdiagnosis.This article reports a 52-year-old woman with clinical presen-tation of the right palm mass for 4 years.According to the preoperative imaging results and clinical symptoms,the patient underwent subcutaneous mass resection of the right hand and was sent for examination.The final pathological diagnosis was tumatoid pyrophosphate deposition which occurs clinically in the temporomandibular joint and occasionally around the spine.This case report will help clinicians better understand this rare lesion.关键词
