Uncertainty Evaluation on Determination of Content of Sulfamonomethoxine Tablets by Liquid Chromatography
摘要
Abstract
The accuracy of sulfamonomethoxine tablet content determination by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was validated,and critical influencing factors were systematically identified.The analytical method was performed in accordance with the revised draft standards issued by the Office of the Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia Committee.A mathematical model for uncertainty evaluation was constructed based on CNAS-GL006:2019,with reference to JJF 1135-2005 and JJF 1059.1-2012.Sources of uncertainty,including instrumental measurement,solution preparation variability,reference material purity,and volumetric operations,were quantitatively analyzed.The final content determination result was reported as(97.31±1.17)%,with uncertainties primarily attributed to instrumental measurements,purity of reference substance and solution preparation processes.关键词
