摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the quality standard of Baitouweng oral liquid,this study added the TLC identification method of Pulsatilla.Pulsatilla saponin B4 as the reference,the testing solution and the control solution were placed on the same silica gel G plate,n-butyl alcohol/acetic acid and water(4∶1∶5)as the developing solvent,vitriolic acid ethyl alcohol(10%)as color developing reagent.The results showed that the spots were clear,exclusive,the negative control had no interference.The established Pulsatilla saponin B4 identification method is simple to operate,stability,and could be used for the TLC identification of Pulsatilla saponin B4.
