Abstract
With the emergence of multidrug-resistant(MDR)bacteria and the increasing severity of pathogen coinfections,veterinary antimicrobial fixed-dose combination formulations(FDCs)have been increasingly utilized in clinical practice,owing to their advantages such as synergistic antimicrobial effects,delayed resistance development,and simplified dosing protocols.This review systematically summarizes current combination strategies of active ingredients in veterinary antimicrobial FDCs,evaluates their rational compatibility,and demonstreates the necessity for their development and clinical application through practical usage data.The review aims to provide a theoretical framework and practical references for the rational design and clinical translation of future veterinary antimicrobial FDCs.关键词
