Abstract
China has currently established a relatively complete standard system for veterinary drug residues.This article reviews,summarizes,matches,and analyzes the national food safety standards for veterinary drug residues in edible pig tissues from two aspects:the maximum residue limit for veterinary drugs.the detection method standards for veterinary drug residues and At the same time,it briefly describes the relevant issues in China's veterinary drug residue standard system.Based on the current situation of veterinary drugs used in pig farming in China,measures to improve the veterinary drug residue standard system are proposed,in order to provide reference for relevant departments to carry out work related to veterinary drug residues.关键词
