Upholding Fundamental Principles for High Quality Development of Safety and Security Science
摘要
Abstract
The prerequisite and foundation for the high-quality development of the safety and security sci-ence is to uphold fundamental principles.In order to clarify the fundamental principles for high-quality develop-ment of safety and security science,how the safety and security science can develop in a high-quality way while upholding fundamental principles is systematically discussed and deeply analyzed,starting from the five major as-pects of the safety and security science:its mission,awareness,attributes,foundation and system.The results show that,the fundamental principle for high-quality development of safety and security science is a system engi-neering,which needs to bear in mind and strengthen the mission of safety and security science,establish and en-hance the awareness of safety and security science,grasp and hold on to the attributes of safety and security sci-ence,fix and consolidate the foundation of safety and security science,and construct and improve the discipline system of safety and security science.关键词
