前馈控制在急诊严重创伤患者体温管理中应用的实效研究
Effectiveness of Feedforward Control in the Management of Body Temperature in Patients with Severe Trauma in the Emergency Department
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of feedforward control in the management of body temperature in patients with severe trauma in the emergency department.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with severe trauma in the emergency department who came to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2025 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the body temperature prevention and control measures,they were divided into observation group(feedforward control routine hypothermia precautions,50 cases)and control group(routine hypothermia precau-tions,50 cases).The effective rate of hypothermia management,coagulation function indexes,body temperature management quality score,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of hypothermia management in the observation group was significant-ly higher(96.00％vs.82.00％),P=0.025,the quality score of body temperature management was significantly higher[(30.17±6.12)vs.(37.45±7.49),P＜0.001],and the total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower(4.00％vs.24.00％,P=0.004).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the levels of PT,APTT and TT between the two groups.After the intervention,the levels of the above coagulation function-related indicators were significantly increased.Compared with the control group,the levels of,APTT and TT in the observation group were more obvious(P＜0.05).Conclusion The feedforward control system can significantly improve the efficacy and quality of body temperature management,improve coagulation function,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with severe trauma.关键词
