医护一体化救治模式在院前急救治疗车祸多发伤患者中的应用效果
Application of Integrated Medical and Nursing Rescue Model in Pre-Hospital Emergency Treatment of Polytrauma Patients from Traffic Accidents

Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of the integrated medical and nursing rescue model in pre-hospital emergency treatment of polytrauma patients from traffic accidents.Methods A retrospective anal-ysis was conducted on the clinical data of 110 polytrauma patients from traffic accidents treated at Shunyi District Hospital in Beijing from March 2020 to March 2024.Based on whether the integrated medical and nursing rescue model was applied during pre-hospital emergency care,patients were divided into the observation group(integrated medical and nursing rescue model,n=55)and the control group(conventional rescue model,n=55).The efficiency of emergency care,prognosis,rescue success rate,and complication occurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The response time,transport time,reception time,on-site treatment time,and time required for auxiliary examinations in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The recovery rate in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group(56.36％vs.23.64％,P＜0.001).Additionally,the observation group had lower rates of severe disability(3.64％vs.23.64％),total dis-ability(40.00％vs.61.82％),and vegetative state or mortality(3.64％vs.14.55％)compared to the control group(P＜0.05).The overall complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group(7.27％vs.25.45％,P＜0.05).Conclusion The integrated medical and nursing rescue model can effectively im-prove emergency treatment efficiency,enhance patient prognosis,increase the success rate of rescue,and reduce the risk of complications in pre-hospital emergency care for polytrauma patients from traffic accidents.关键词
