疼痛管理模式在急诊骨科创伤围手术期患者中的应用效果研究
Research on the Application of Pain Management Model in Perioperative Patients with Emergency Orthopedic Trauma

Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of the pain management model in perioperative patients with emergency orthopedic trauma.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 86 emergency orthopedic trauma patients treated at Longyan Second Hospital from September 2022 to September 2024.Based on the intervention model,the patients were divided into the observation group(pain management model,43 cases)and the control group(conventional management model,43 cases).The pain levels,sleep quality,recovery status,and incidence of complications in both groups were compared perioperatively.Results Post-operatively,the pain assessment scores(NRS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores for both groups showed a decreasing trend over time.Compared with the control group,the observation group exhibited significant-ly lower NRS and PSQI scores on postoperative day 1,day 2,and day 3(P＜0.001).Prior to the intervention,no sig-nificant differences were found between the two groups in terms of the five aspects of the Quality of Recovery Scale(QoR-40)—comfort,emotional state,self-care ability,pain,and social functioning(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the QoR-40 scores for all five aspects increased in both groups,with the observation group showing significantly higher scores for comfort,emotional state,self-care ability,pain,and social functioning compared to the control group(P＜0.05).The overall incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(4.65％vs.18.60％,P＜0.05).Conclusion Implementing the pain management model for perioper-ative emergency orthopedic trauma patients effectively alleviates pain,improves sleep quality,promotes recovery,and reduces the risk of complications.关键词
