基于超声医学的对口帮扶新疆县级医院教学措施探索与实施成效研究
Research on the Exploration and Implementation Effectiveness of Ultrasound Medicine Based Teaching Measures for Pairing Assistance in County-Level Hospitals in Xinjiang

Abstract
Objective To analyze and summarize the teaching practices and outcomes of the paired assis-tance program in ultrasonography at Hotan County People's Hospital in Xinjiang.Methods A total of 16 phy-sicians from the Department of Functional Diagnostics and 30 patients at Hotan County People's Hospital,who participated in the paired assistance study between May 2022 and November 2022,were included as study subjects.Baseline assessments were conducted during the first two weeks prior to the intervention,including evaluations of physicians'professional competence,work performance questionnaires,and patient satisfaction surveys.Post-in-tervention evaluations were performed six months after the implementation of the assistance program.Differences in scores before and after the intervention were com-pared to analyze the impact of the assistance measures on physicians' competency improvement and patient satisfaction.Results Compared with pre-interven-tion levels,physicians in the Department of Functional Diagnostics demonstrated significant improvements in multiple domains after six months of assistance,in-cluding theoretical knowledge,practical skills,report writing,diagnostic accuracy,proficiency in routine ultrasound examinations,adoption of new techniques,methods of professional knowledge acquisition,scientific article writing,work efficiency,work motivation,enthusiasm for professional learning,knowledge retention,confidence in disease diagnosis,and doctor-patient communication skills(P＜0.05).Patient satisfaction scores also showed significant increases in waiting experience,communication with ultrasound physicians,procedural satisfaction,and trust in ex-amination results(P＜0.05).However,no significant improvement was observed in satisfaction with the timeliness of report issuance(P＞0.05).Conclusion The medical aid team from our hospital achieved preliminary experi-ence and positive outcomes in the paired assistance program for ultrasonography at Hotan County People's Hospi-tal.This initiative holds significant importance for comprehensively enhancing the medical quality of county-level hospitals and improving patient satisfaction.关键词
