布地奈德混悬液联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的疗效研究
Efficacy of Budesonide Suspension Combined with Compound Ipratropium Bromide Nebulization in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of budesonide suspension combined with compound ipratropium bromide nebulization inhalation in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods This study selected 104 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).All patients received treatment at Jinsha County People's Hospital from November 2023 to No-vember 2024.According to the random number table method,patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 52 cases in each group.All patients received basic treatment,with the control group receiving budesonide suspen-sion nebulized inhalation and the observation group receiving compound ipratropium bromide nebulized inhalation in addition to this.By comparing the lung function,blood gas analysis,inflammatory cytokine levels,quality of life scores,symptom relief time,treatment effectiveness,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients,the effectiveness of combination therapy was evaluated.Before treatment,there was no significant dif-ference in lung function,blood gas indicators,and inflammatory factor content between the two groups(P＞0.05);After treatment,the lung function,blood gas indica-tors,and inflammatory factors of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).At the same time,the quality of life score of the observation group improved significantly compared to before treatment,the symptom relief time was significantly shortened(P＜0.05),and the treatment effectiveness rate was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the ob-servation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of budesonide suspension and compound ipratropium bromide nebuliza-tion inhalation therapy can significantly improve lung function,optimize blood gas indicators,reduce inflammatory factors,shorten symptom relief time,and improve treatment effectiveness in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.It has good clinical application value.关键词
