Abstract
The new phase"Double High"initiative aims to build a world-class vocational education brand with Chinese characteristics,enhance the training of high-skilled talents,improve key teaching elements,and refine the technical service system for higher vocational education.Focusing on major clusters as the core,efforts will center on strengthening their competitiveness and capacity to support regional economies.Modernizing governance capabilities is essential,with high-standard implementation of the"Education Power Plan"and the successful execution of the new phase"Double High"serving as key metrics for evaluating leadership.Efforts will also prioritize cultivating outstanding technical and skilled professionals by improving training mechanisms,creating innovative platforms for top talents,and deepening collaboration among government,industry,schools and enterprises.Mechanisms for developing high-quality teaching teams will be enhanced,with emphasis on practical experience and technical service skills gained from workshops.Contributions to economic growth,the global vocational education brand,and national educational advancement will be key evaluation criteria,supported by a fair and transparent assessment system that fosters excellence and accelerates world-class"Double High"development.关键词
