共生理论视域下高职校企集群绩效测度模型构建及其优化
Performance Measurement Model and Optimization of School-enterprise Clusters of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of"Symbiosis Theory"

Abstract
Taking"symbiosis theory"as the theoretical foundation,this study adopts the analogy research method,and constructs the index system of the performance measurement model for higher vocational school-enterprise clusters by analogy with the symbiotic units,symbiotic modes,symbiotic environment and symbiotic energy of the symbiotic system.Based on this,we collect empirical data,and use the exploratory factor analysis(EFA)and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)to extract common factors from the model's observation indicators to divide dimensions,and conduct reliability and validity tests and evaluations.Then,we use AMOS for model fitting to study the influence paths between variables of the measurement model,thus constructing a performance measurement model for higher vocational school-enterprise clusters including 8 dimensions and 30 measurement indicators.The empirical results show that the construction effects of higher vocational school-enterprise clusters depends on the joint action of 30 factors,among which behavioral patterns and organizational patterns are the key factors,and there are various mediating effects in their mutual influence,and propose optimization strategies from three aspects:establishing an"industry-oriented"mechanism for building school-enterprise clusters,establishing an"integrated and mutually beneficial"organizational model and operational mechanism for school-enterprise clusters,and establishing a"school-enterprise consistent"symbiotic environment for school-enterprise clusters.关键词
