Abstract
The"educationist spirit"of vocational college teachers is the core driving force for their professional development.Its basic connotation is reflected in the ideal belief of having vocational education and skills to serve the country,the moral sentiment of combining morality and technology,learning high and being upright,the educational wisdom of nurturing the heart and soul,dedication and shaping abilities,the attitude of working hard and integrating knowledge and practice,the benevolent heart of respecting education,loving students,selflessly and without concealment,and the pursuit of spreading the Tao by inheriting craftsmanship and skills to carry out moral teachings.The generation of educationist spirit of vocational college teachers follows a triple logic,with historical logic stemming from the absorption of the spiritual core of outstanding educators throughout Chinese history,theoretical logic based on General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on teacher education,and practical logic in line with the practical needs of the growth of vocational college teachers in the new era.Therefore,in terms of cultivation paths,efforts should be made to build a support system with teachers as the main body and multi-party collaboration.At the teacher level,it is necessary to solidify the cultural foundation through"self-cultivation and morality",strengthen vocational education beliefs through"cultivating heart and determination",and enhance professional abilities through"learning and teaching";at the system level,it is necessary to create a good ecology of"respect teachers and value education",and form a linkage between vocational colleges and society to jointly promote the generation and sublimation of the educationist spirit.关键词
