高职教师人工智能伦理的时代逻辑、要素框架与培育路径
Value Logic,Element Framework and Cultivation Paths of AI Ethics for Higher Vocational College Teachers

Abstract
The wide application of artificial intelligence technology brings opportunities to higher vocational education,but it also triggers ethical risks such as data leakage and algorithmic bias.From the perspectives of technical ethics,machine morality and value alignment theory,the value logic of AI ethics literacy for higher vocational teachers lies in dynamically integrating human values and building a fair,transparent and sustainable educational ecosystem.Through a comparative analysis of five international documents from UNESCO,the European Union,etc.,it is found that transparency,fairness,privacy protection,etc.are the basic dimensions of AI ethics literacy for higher vocational teachers.Therefore,the framework of AI ethics literacy for higher vocational teachers with Chinese characteristics should not only be based on Chinese characteristics,but also align with international norms,and construct a six-dimensional literacy framework including ethical principle application,promotion of educational equity,data privacy protection,etc.To enhance the AI ethics literacy of vocational college teachers in China,in the future,Chinese higher vocational colleges should,based on the framework of AI ethics literacy for vocational college teachers with Chinese characteristics,take problems as the orientation,develop an AI ethics curriculum system for vocational college teachers,build a practical platform for industry-education integration,and improve a multi-guarantee mechanism,so as to effectively enhance the AI ethics literacy of higher vocational college teachers.关键词
