中医学专业多层次人才培养模式的探索与实践
Exploration and practice of multi-level talent cultivation in traditional Chinese medicine education
摘要
Abstract
The"New Medical Science"is a crucial foundation for building a Healthy China.With the rapid development of the economy and society,the healthcare system is facing a complex situation characterized by the coexistence of multiple disease threats and intertwined health risk factors.There is an urgent need for multi-level medical talents to provide comprehensive,whole life-cycle medical services to safeguard public health.This paper analyzes the impact of"New Medical Science"on medical education and,drawing on over 60 years of experience in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)program at Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,summarizes practical experiences in constructing a multi-level talent cultivation model for TCM that meets societal development needs.This model emphasizes high lever of comprehensive quality,strong sense of innovative,and proficient clinical skills,focusing on the goal orientation of talent training programs,the training model,and its fundamental approaches.The study aims to provide a reference for TCM talent cultivation.关键词
