中医药创新型人才的科教融合培养模式探索
Exploration of the science-education integration cultivation mode for innovative talents in traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
The integration of science and education is an inevitable path for cultivating innovative talents and has always been regarded as the direction of higher education reform.In the cultivation of talents in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),achieving the integration of science and education is an inevitable choice for implementing the modernization of TCM talent cultivation and improving the quality of top-notch talent cultivation.Taking the practice of cultivating high-level talents in TCM at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper explores science-education integration cultivation mode for innovative talents in TCM through measures such as developing an integrated curriculum system,implementing research apprenticeships,establishing scientific research projects,and building an integrated"teaching-research-entrepreneurship"platform.The aim is to cultivate composite innovative talents who not only have a solid theoretical foundation in TCM but also possess innovation scientific research capabilities and international perspective,providing references for the reform and development of TCM education.关键词
