传统四诊结合现代理化检查在风湿科实习中的应用效果研究
Study on the application effect of traditional four diagnostic methods combined with modern physical and chemical examinations in rheumatology internships

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of combining the traditional four diagnostic methods and modern physical and chemical examination on improving the thinking ability of TCM syndrome differentiation in rheumatology rotation interns.Methods The interns of the 2018 and 2019 grades majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Clinical Medicine at the Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Southern Medical University were randomly divided into two groups by the random number table method.The experimental group(n=23)adopted the diagnostic method combining traditional four diagnostic methods with modern physical and chemical examinations,while the control group(n=19)adopted the traditional four diagnostic methods.The theoretical examination scores at the end of the internship,the scores of the diagnostic and therapeutic thinking ability assessment,and the teaching effect evaluation forms were compared between two groups.Results The experimental group performed better than the control group in both theoretical assessment and the assessment of syndrome differentiation and treatment thinking ability in treatment(P<0.05),and the average score of teaching effect evaluation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic method that combines traditional four diagnostic methods with modern physical and chemical examinations can make abstract TCM patterns more concrete,realize the visualization of therapeutic effects,and improve the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment thinking ability of interns rotating in the rheumatology department.关键词
