社会资本何以助力农村人居环境治理项目推进
Why does social capital help to promote the governance project of rural human settlement environment

Abstract
Clean heating from"coal to electricity"is an important component of the governance system of rural human settlements.Different from the differential order pattern of urban society,the efficient promotion of rural environmental governance projects depends more on the effectiveness of social capital factors such as individual relationship network and collective reciprocity norms in the field.Based on the theoretical framework of social capital,this paper constructed a model of influencing factors of farmers'"coal to electrici-ty"choice behavior from four dimensions:social trust,social norms,social network and sense of social belonging,and made an empiri-cal analysis by using binary Logistic regression method based on the survey data of 276 households in X Town,southwest of Shandong Province.The results showed that the capital variables such as the trust of neighbors,the acceptance of Xinxiang sages' suggestions,the participation of missionary activities and the attention of collective affairs all had a significant positive impact on the choice behavior of farmers from"coal to electricity".On the basis of this,some suggestions were put forward,such as deepening the perception of trust,perfecting the standard construction,strengthening the organizational linkage and reshaping the village belonging to the community,in order to improve the governance effect of human settlement environment by thickening the stock of social capital in the village area,to provide practical reference for promoting livable industry and beautiful and harmonious countryside construction.关键词
