"异病同治"理论下桃红四物汤治疗血瘀证疾病的研究进展
A review on the Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of blood stasis syndrome based on the theory of"same treatment for different diseases"

Abstract
The idea of"same treatment for different diseases"in TCM started from the Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),and CHEN Shiduo put forward the concept of"same treatment for different diseases"for the first time and defined it."Same treatment for different diseases"mainly refers to that the same treatment can be used for different diseases as long as the pathogenesis is the same.The clinical manifestations of blood stasis vary depending on the location of blood stasis in the human body,but its main pathogenesis is blood stasis block,so the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can be used under the guidance of the theory of"same treatment for different diseases".The Taohong Siwu decoction(桃红四物汤)is composed of Taoren(Semen Persicae)and Honghua(Flos Carthami)on the basis of the Siwu decoction(四物汤).It has the effects of nourishing blood,promoting blood circulation,and removing blood stasis.It is a classic prescription for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and can intervene in multi-system diseases caused by blood stasis syndrome.It is mainly used in the treatment of diseases of immune system,nervous system,reproductive system,circulatory system,motor system,and respiratory system,and the effect is remarkable.The doctor had applied the Taohong Siwu decoction in treating the acne of phlegm and blood stasis type,and the facial lesions of the patients were relieved after treatment.Modern studies have shown that the Taohong Siwu decoction has the effects of anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,promoting apoptosis,improving angiogenesis,and regulating autophagy and pyrodeath.Danshen Yin(丹参饮),the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction(血府逐瘀汤),Shixiao San(失笑散),and Huoluo Xiaoling Dan(活络效灵丹)also belong to the activating blood stasis prescription,but their formulation ideas and meridial affinity are different from that of the Taohong Siwu decoction,so there are differences in the effectiveness of each prescription in activating blood stasis.Compared with Danshen Yin,the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,Shixiao San,and Huoluo Xiaoling Dan,the Taohong Siwu decoction has more advantages and safety in regulating erythrocyte and hemoglobin related indexes.Through combing and summarizing the above contents,this paper hopes to enlighten the subsequent research on the Taohong Siwu decoction.关键词
