Professor LIU Yanping's experience in treating depression syndrome from the perspective of"phlegm,stasis and stagnation"
摘要
Abstract
Depression syndrome is a kind of disease with the main clinical manifestations such as emotional discomfort,mental depression,and chest and hypochondriac fullness.Nowadays,the pace of social life is too fast,which makes people's emotions extremely tense,and various mental burdens lead to the occurrence of depression syndrome,and its incidence is increasing year by year.Long-term depression will have a serious impact on the patient's body,psychology,life and so on.In many years of clinical practice,Professor LIU Yanping insists on the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.This paper summarizes Professor LIU Yanping's clinical experience in treating depression syndrome from"phlegm,stasis and stagnation",and discusses the relationship between phlegm,stasis,stagnation and depression syndrome.Through the method of clinical follow-up with Professor LIU,this paper collected and analyzed Professor LIU Yanping's medical records in the treatment of depression syndrome,introduced his clinical experience in the treatment of depression syndrome from the aspects of TCM's understanding of depression syndrome and syndrome differentiation and treatment,analyzed and summarized Professor Liu's academic thought and clinical experience in the treatment of depression syndrome,and attached an experimental case.Results:Professor LIU Yanping believes that the cause of depression syndrome is often related to poor Qi(气)circulation,liver depression and Qi stagnation,Qi and blood are out of harmony,blood circulation is not smooth,and phlegm is generated after a long time.Professor LIU treated the patients by soothing the liver,resolving phlegm,relieving depression,removing blood stasis and other methods,and carried out certain psychological counseling and treatment,which significantly improved the depression state of the patients,with remarkable curative effects.Professor LIU Yanping follows the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the diagnosis and treatment ideas of syndrome differentiation,treats depression syndrome from phlegm,stasis and stagnation with accurate medication and treatment based on the syndrome,and the effect is remarkable.The diagnosis and treatment experience as well as treatment ideas provide more references for the clinical practice.关键词
