益气除疲合剂干预透析中低血压的临床疗效观察
Observation on the clinical effect of the Yiqi Chupi mixture on hemodialysis hypotension

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Yiqi Chupi mixture(益气除疲合剂)on hemodialysis hypotension.Methods:A total of 30 patients with hemodialysis hypotension of both Qi(气)and Yin(阴)deficiency type were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 15 cases in each group.The gender,age,dialysis age and other baseline balance between the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).The control group was given regular hemodialysis and routine treatment of hypotension,and the observation group was given oral administration of the Yiqi Chupi mixture on the basis of the treatment in the control group,all of which were treated for 12 weeks.The blood pressure levels,TCM clinical syndrome scores,hemoglobin,plasma albumin,levels were detected before and after the intervention.The incidence of hypotension during dialysis were recorded.The clinical efficacy in the two groups of patients was evaluated after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.3%(14/15),which was better than that in the control group,46.7%(7/15)(P<0.05).After intervention,the systolic blood pressure of(125.4±5.6)mm Hg at 2 hours after dialysis and(113.2±7.5)mm Hg after dialysis in the observation group were higher than those before intervention,and better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the TCM syndrome score in the observation group was ameliorated compared with that before intervention,and was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,hemoglobin and plasma albumin levels in the observation group were increased compared with those before intervention,and were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Chupi mixture can ameliorate the blood pressure level of patients with hemodialysis hypotension,ameliorate the anemia and nutritional status of patients,promote the improvement of their quality of life,and does not affect the blood potassium level of patients.关键词
