气血同治理论在心系疾病辨证论治中的应用研究进展
A review on the application of the theory of simultaneous treatment of Qi and blood in syndrome differentiation and treatment of cardiovascular diseases

Abstract
The incidence of cardiovascular diseases is increasing year by year,which is the main cause of human death and disability,posing a serious threat to human health.Qi(气)and blood are the basic components of the human body,which directly determines the physiological and pathological state of the human body and is closely related to the health of the body and the development of diseases.The theory of simultaneous treatment of Qi and blood is based on the mechanism of Qi and blood diseases,and a treatment plan that takes into account both Qi and blood is formulated based on syndrome differentiation Qi and blood comorbidities are the main pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease,and the theory of"simultaneous treatment of Qi and blood"mainly targets Qi and blood comorbidities,which is consistent with the changes in vascular structure and function in Western medical systems.Any pathogenic disease that affects the heart will first affect Qi and blood,leading to disharmony of Qi and blood,obstruction of blood vessels,and loss of mental and spiritual nourishment,resulting in a decline in circulatory function and structural changes in the heart,leading to pathological changes.The pathological changes of cardiovascular diseases are in line with the theory of simultaneous treatment of Qi and blood in traditional Chinese medicine.The imbalance of Qi and blood can induce and accelerate the disease process of cardiovascular diseases.In the differentiation and treatment of cardiovascular system diseases,both Qi and blood should be replenished to strengthen the foundation and restore the balance,and Qi and blood circulation should be promoted to clear the way.Exploring the scope and application characteristics of the theory of"simultaneous treatment of Qi and blood"can provide a more targeted understanding of the essence of the formation and progression of cardiovascular diseases,explain the pathogenic mechanism of simultaneous treatment of Qi and blood,and effectively expand the relevant research on the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases.This article explores the traditional Chinese medicine theories,treatment principles,and medication characteristics of simultaneous treatment of Qi and blood on cardiovascular diseases,in order to provide a foundation and clinical basis for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,and promote the development of the theory and practice of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.关键词
