中医药通过磷脂酰肌醇3激酶-蛋白激酶B及核转录因子-кB通路干预动脉粥样硬化的研究综述
A review of traditional Chinese medicine intervening on atherosclerosis through PI3K-Akt and NF-кB pathways
摘要
Abstract
In today's world,atherosclerosis has become a widespread vascular disease,and its incidence is on the rise globally.Despite some remarkable research progress in its prevention and treatment,acute complications of atherosclerosis,such as myocardial infarction and stroke,continue to cause a significant number of deaths impediment.Although there is no disease name directly corresponding to atherosclerosis in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,chest numbness,stroke,vertigo,etc.,belong to the category of atherosclerosis.In recent years,with the deepening of research,more and more evidence shows that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages and potential in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.Traditional Chinese medicine can affect various biological processes such as cellular inflammation,apoptosis,and autophagy by intervening in the PI3K-Akt and NF-кB signaling pathways,and thus play a preventive and therapeutic role in the occurrence and development of various diseases.There is a close relationship between the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway and the NF-кB signaling pathway,and the interaction and impact between the two pathways are involved in several key development processes of atherosclerosis,including smooth muscle cell proliferation and migration,oxidative stress response of endothelial cells,foam cell formation,and apoptosis of macrophages.This paper aims to comprehensively and systematically review the molecular mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis and the current research status through extensive collection and collating of a large number of relevant literatures at home and abroad,taking PI3K-Akt and NF-кB signaling pathways as the starting point,with a view to providing a more solid theoretical and practical basis for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in this field.关键词
