吴门医派络病理论在癌性疼痛中的应用初探
A preliminary study on the application of the theory of collateral diseases of Wumen School of Medicine in treating cancerous pain

Abstract
Suzhou is a historically and culturally renowned city in China.During the Ming and Qing dynasties,famous physicians such as YE Gui,MIAO Xiyong,XUE Xue and WU Youxing emerged in Suzhou area.They put forward innovative theories such as the theory of febrile diseases,the theory of collateral diseases and the theory of stomach Yin(阴),forming a unique academic school of traditional Chinese medicine.The theory of collateral diseases is a major theoretical innovation of the Wumen School of Medicine based on the theory of meridian and collaterals of predecessors.Wumen doctors use the theory of"chronic disease entering collaterals","chronic pain entering collaterals"and"master-guest intersection"to guide the clinical practice of treating pain syndromes such as abdominal pain and abdominal mass,which have achieved good effects.By studying the relevant literature of Wumen School of Medicine,this paper analyzes the relationship between collateral disease theory and the pathogenesis of cancerous pain,and finds that the characteristics of cancerous pain,such as long course of disease,lingering disease,and long-term refractory,are consistent with the pathogenesis of"long illness entering the collateral"and"long pain entering the collateral"of Wumen medical school.The Wumen School of Medicine believes that pain can be caused by blood stasis in collaterals,emptiness of collaterals,blockage of collaterals caused by toxin,or loss of nourishment of collaterals.In terms of principles and methods of treatment,the Wumen School of Medicine summed up the general principle of treatment with the word"Tong",specifically including the method of dredging collaterals with pungent taste,the method of searching collaterals with insect and ant drugs,and the method of tonifying deficiency and dredging collaterals.In recent years,with the deepening of research on the pathogenesis of cancer,inhibition of tumor angiogenesis and regulation of tumor microenvironment have given new connotation to the treatment of cancerous pain based on the theory of collateral diseases.The treatment of cancerous pain based on the theory of collateral diseases established by Wumen School of Medicine may become a new idea for the treatment of cancerous pain in traditional Chinese medicine in the future.关键词
