益气升陷法对变应性鼻炎大鼠Th1、Th2细胞因子的影响研究
A study on the Yiqi Shengxian therapy on Th1 and Th2 cytokines in rats with allergic rhinitis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the action mechanism of the Yiqi Shengxian therapy on Th1/Th2 balance by regulating Th1 and Th2 related cytokines in rats with rhinitis.Methods:The allergic rhinitis rat model was established with egg protein plus aluminum hydroxide suspension.Hematoxylin-eosin staining was used to detect pathological changes of nasal mucosal tissues of rats in each group,and ELISA was used to measure the expression levels of IL-4,IgE,and IFN-γ in rat serum.Western blot was used to detect the expressions of GATA-3 and T-bet protein in nasal mucosa.Results:ELISA detection results showed that the levels of serum IgE and IL-4 in the model group rats were significantly increased compared with the blank control group,while the level of IFN-γ was significantly decreased compared with the blank control group(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the levels of IgE and IL-4 in the other three groups were decreased,and the content of IFN-γ was significantly increased(P<0.01).The serum IgE and IL-4 levels in the Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion group were significantly lower than those in the Western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group,while IFN-γ was obviously higher than that in the Western medicine group(P<0.01)and higher than that in the Chinese medicine group(P>0.05).The Western Blot detection results showed that the mean level of GATA-3 in the nasal mucosa of rats in the model group was significantly higher than the blank control group,while the mean level of T-bet was significantly lower than the blank control group(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the average level of GATA-3 in the Western medicine group,the Chinese medicine group,and the Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion group were decreased,while the average level of T-bet was increased(P<0.01).Compared with the Western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group,the Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion group showed a more significant trend in rats,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Yiqi Shengxian therapy shows good effects in intervening allergic rhinitis,and its mechanism involves regulating the conversion of GATA-3/T-bet,inhibiting the inflammatory response caused by Th2 cells,promoting Th1 cell expression,and regulating Th1/Th2 balance.关键词
