基于数据挖掘探讨刘宇教授治疗慢性胃炎的用药规律
Exploring the medication rules of Professor LIU Yu in treating chronic gastritis based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To excavate the medication rules of Professor LIU Yu,a famous TCM practitioner in Jinan City,in treating chronic gastritis,and to summarize the therapeutic experience and explore the academic thoughts,so as to provide references for clinical treatment of related diseases.Methods:The prescriptions for treating chronic gastritis in the first visit of Professor LIU Yu's outpatient clinic in the Oncology Department of Jinan Hospital of Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy and Sciences of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Jinan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from September 2021 to December 2023 collected and organized to establish a relevant databases by Microsoft Excel 2013 after unified and standardized processing.The medicinal used frequency,medicinal property,medicinal flavors,tropism meridian,and medicinal function of Chinese medicines involved in the prescriptions were analyzed through the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform,and Chinese medicine correlation rule analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis were performed to deeply excavate the core prescriptions.Results:A total of 210 initial prescriptions were included,involving 193 Chinese medicines,and the total frequency of all the included medicines was 3 246 times,among which the top 10 high-frequency medicines were Yinchen(Herba Artemisiae Scopariae),Zhiqiao(Fructus Aurantii),Meiguihua(Flos Rosae Rugosae),Houpo(Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis),Fuling(Poria),Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng),Jineijin(Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli),Xiangfu(Rhizoma Cyperi),Jinqiancao(Herba Lysimachiae),and Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae)in order.The medicinal properties were mainly warm,cold and moderate.The medicinal flavors were mainly bitter,pungency and sweet;the tropism meridians were mainly spleen meridian,stomach meridian,liver meridian,and lung meridians.The medicinal function was mainly regulating Qi(气).The correlation rule analysis showed that the high-frequency matched medicines were Yinchen-Zhiqiao.The cluster analysis showed five core prescriptions,and complex network analysis yielded the core medicine compositions.Conclusion:In term of the treatment of chronic gastritis,Prof.LIU Yu follows the principle of"regulating the liver and spleen synchronously",and advocates"regulating Qi circulation"as the first step,and puts forward the theory of"harmonizing the spleen and liver".The clinical treatment is based on the theory of"dredging the liver and regulating Qi,and harmonizing stomach and benefiting gallbladder",making the rise of liver Qi and fall of lungs Qi appropriately,Qi circulation in the whole body operates in an organized manner,and internal organs are in harmony.关键词
