基于数据挖掘探讨电针治疗中风后吞咽障碍相关参数的规律
The pattern of pertinent parameters of electroacupuncture therapy on post-stroke dysphagia based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To explore the patterns of pertinent parameters of electroacupuncture therapy on post-stroke dysphagia by data mining technique.Methods:A total of 746 studies on treating post-stroke dysphagia by electroacupuncture from the inception to April 2024 were selected from nine databases of CNKI,CBM,VIP,Wanfang Data,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Clinical Trials,and Embase.The methodological quality of the included literature on randomized controlled trials was rigorously assessed by Cochrane 5.4 bias risk assessment tool.A specialized database was constructed to catalog the parameters of electroacupuncture interventions,and the data mining was carried out by means of descriptive analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and other analytical techniques.Results:A total of 30 articles of randomized controlled trials were included in this study.Common pulse waveforms included dense-sparse wave(10 times,35.71%)and continuous wave(10 times,35.71%).The frequency of electroacupuncture stimulation was 120 times/min(i.e.2 Hz).The frequency of electroacupuncture treatment was 6 times a week,and the single treatment time was usually 30 minutes.The most frequently selected acupoints during electroacupuncture stimulation were Lianquan acupoint(RN23),Fengchi acupoint(GB20),Jinjin acupoint(EX-HN12),and Yuye acupoint(EX-HN13),and the most frequently assigned meridians included Extra Meridian,Ren Meridian(任 脉),and Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian(足少阳胆经).The most recurrently utilized double acupoints included Jinjin acupoint-Yuye acupoint,while the combination of three acupoints most consistently employed was Lianquan acupoint-Jinjin acupoint-Yuye acupoint.In the cluster group formed by common acupoints,Lianquan acupoint,Jinjin acupoint and Yuye acupoint were classified into one group.Conclusion:In the management of post-stroke dysphagia,electroacupuncture therapy often favors dense-sparse wave or continuous wave,featuring a stimulation frequency of 120 times/min,with 6 sessions a week,and each session lasting for 30 minutes.In terms of acupoint selection,Lianquan acupoint,Fengchi acupoint,Jinjin acupoint,and Yuye acupoint are universally acknowledged as preferred acupoints.The integrated application of these acupoints is pivotal in facilitating the enhancement and recovery of swallowing abilities.关键词
