摘要

Abstract

Circadian rhythms are ubiquitous and one of the basic functions of organisms. They are based on the interaction of multiple clock genes and achieve periodic fluctuations through sophisticated and complex regulatory networks, which have a profound impact on the physiological and pathological processes of organisms.Modern medical research shows that a variety of cell synergies are involved in the process of wound healing, playing their unique functions in each stage of wound healing and providing favorable conditions for wound healing.Further in-depth studies have revealed that relevant cell functions are regulated by clock genes, which in turn affect the process and quality of wound healing by modulating pivotal biological behaviours such as cell proliferation, migration and differentiation. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, wound healing is closely related to the transformation of Yin(阴)and Yang(阳)in circadian rhythm and the changes of Ying and Wei[nutritive Qi(气)and defensive Qi].The alteration of circadian rhythm induces a reciprocal transformation between Yin and Yang, which in turn affects the operation and distribution of nutritive Qi and defensive Qi.Nutritive Qi and defensive Qi is complementary to Yin and Yang, which jointly constitutes a vital mechanism that promotes wound healing.Wound healing is affected when Yin and Yang are in a state of imbalance and nutritive Qi and defensive Qi exhibits discordance. In this paper, the mechanism of clock genes regulating wound healing process and the relationship between clock genes and Yin-yang,and nutritive Qi and defensive Qi are analyzed,it is revealed that clock genes affect cell biological behaviour to regulate wound healing, and there is substantial interoperability between clock gene regulatory mechanisms and Yinyang, and nutritive Qi and defensive Qi.This finding not only offers a novel perspective on wound healing, but also provides a new target for the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on wound healing. It is expected to develop a more effective treatment plan by regulating clock genes or other interventions those are carried out based on the theories of Yinyang, nutritive Qi and defensive Qi,which has important clinical application value and broad application prospects.
