基于燮理阴阳论探讨中医药调控骨代谢防治骨性膝关节炎的作用机制
The action mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis by regulating bone metabolism based on the theory of harmonizing Yin and Yang

Abstract
Knee osteoarthritis is a multifactorial pathogenesis and multiphenotypic disease,and its occurrence and progression are closely related to bone metabolism.Bone metabolism consists of mutually antagonistic and interdependent bone resorption and bone formation,which maintain a dynamic balance through a complex regulatory mechanism.The disruption of bone homeostasis can lead to joint damage and degeneration,and promote the deterioration of knee osteoarthritis.According to the Chinese medicine theory"Yang(阳)transforming Qi while Yin(阴)constituting form",the bone absorption of osteoclasts is similar to"Yang transforming Qi",while the bone formation of osteoblasts is similar to"Yin constituting form".The imbalance of bone homeostasis caused by the decoupling of osteoclasts and osteoblasts is highly compatible with the concept of"imbalance of Yin and Yang"in traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,maintaining"balance of Yin and Yang"in bone metabolism may be a new breakthrough in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.In this paper,taking bone metabolism as an entry point,the author reveals the theoretical connotation of bone metabolism in the pathological process of knee osteoarthritis from the dimension of Yin and Yang,and discusses the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on bone metabolism from the viewpoint of"harmonizing Yin and Yang",with a view to deepening the application of the theory of Yin and Yang in treating knee osteoarthritis,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
